Some of you maybe have noticed that Facebook have once again revamped some of the pages we browse. Again, there is a lot of “hate” groups complaining about the changes, but I really think they have made some good improvements.

First of all they have improved the way the your “homepage” is displayed with three columns now rather than two so you can see more of what is going on, you can now also filter which content you see and which networks they come from, for example I can look at the latest news from my freinds at University of Derby.

They have also changed the way that wall comments are displayed a) on your homepage and b) on your actual profile, it looks like a status update now (which to start of with is very confusing) but the simple  shows the direction in which the wall post was sent.

Finally they have also grouped things like joining groups, new friends and when you write on friends walls under a heading “Recent Activity” which makes it easier to understand in my opinion.
